Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Some products may ship directly from RKTUNES, while others may ship from a manufacturer, distributor, or fulfillment partner. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping Estimates, Lead Times, and Backorders
Shipping dates, delivery dates, and product lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing by RKTUNES.
Some automotive performance parts, tuning products, electronics, custom items, and specialty products may be temporarily out of stock, backordered, made to order, or subject to manufacturer delays. Product availability can change quickly.
If an item is delayed beyond the originally stated shipping estimate, we will contact you with an updated estimate when available. Where required by law, you may choose to continue waiting or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund.
If no shipping timeframe is stated at the time of purchase, we generally expect to ship within 30 days. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will notify you and provide delay/cancellation options as required.
Partial Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. You may receive more than one tracking number. Partial shipment of an order does not mean the entire order has shipped.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. RKTUNES is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, missed delivery attempts, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us.
Damage or missing-item claims must be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery. Please keep all packaging materials and provide photos of the box, label, packaging, and damaged item.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges required by their country. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. RKTUNES is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
