Return Policy
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all included parts, instructions, hardware, and accessories.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require approval before being sent back. To request a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly supplied by RKTUNES:
Custom-ordered products
Made-to-order products
Special-order products
Electrical or electronic components
Tuning products, tune files, software, licenses, or digital products
Installed, used, modified, or damaged parts
Items missing original packaging, hardware, instructions, or accessories
Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
Installed Parts
Once a part has been installed, used, modified, painted, programmed, flashed, or otherwise altered, it is not eligible for return unless approved under a manufacturer warranty or confirmed to be an RKTUNES fulfillment error.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by RKTUNES.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and proper packaging. RKTUNES is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received the wrong item or believe your item is defective, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Defective products may be subject to manufacturer inspection, approval, repair, replacement, or warranty handling. Warranty decisions may be made by the product manufacturer, not RKTUNES.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment unless the item is custom, made to order, special order, already in production, already programmed, already fulfilled, or otherwise non-cancellable.
If an unshipped item is delayed beyond the applicable shipping timeframe, we will provide cancellation and refund options where required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
